Seven layers
Wall, passage, interior, contour, solution, profile, and background — each styled on its own.
A maze is seven independent layers. Colour, weight, opacity, and dash on each — recoloured live in the browser, with no server round-trip until you change the geometry itself.
Wall, passage, interior, contour, solution, profile, and background — each styled on its own.
The studio paints client-side from portable geometry, so restyling is instant. Only a new shape calls the server.
Stack layers in any order and tune opacity to blend solution hints, contours, and fills.
Per-layer dash patterns — dashed walls, a hairline solution, a bold border — your call.
Because the studio holds the maze as portable geometry, every paint change is a local repaint — drag a colour and the canvas updates with no network wait. The server is only involved when you change the maze itself: a new size, topology, seed, or mask.
That split is what makes the free builder the whole engine. You can explore the entire design space — every layer, every colour, every dash — before you ever download a thing.
